THE CABINS: The two, one bedroom cabins (Queen bed) have a roomy living/kitchen area with a dining nook and apartment sized appliances, plus fold out queen sofa bed. $175.00/night/cabin, double occupancy $25 each additional occ weekly rate - $925.00 max occ 4
Check in time for all accomodations is 2-6pm Check in after 6pm can be arranged in advance with an additional late arrival fee. Check out is 11:00 am the day of your departure.
DINING
All lodgings are equipped with modern kitchens stocked with basic kitchen wares. Grocery stores are as close as 10 minutes away. If you truly wish to be completely on vacation you have many different area restaurants and caterers from which to choose. We provide a listing of area eateries in our Guest Services books located in the kitchen of each lodging.
Having too much fun to spend a lot of time off the ranch? We can recommend some caterers who can offer you several degrees of service: pick up, drop off, or full service.
All rates do not include 9% tax. Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice. *Additional linen charge(s) will be applied for groups that exceed standard occupancies.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. We will gladly accept VISA, MASTER CARD, cash, or check.
Individual reservations require a credit card at the time of reservation for a “courtesy guarantee” of your date/room. Rivers Bend Guest Ranch will reserve the right to charge a minimum of one nights lodging should you have the misfortune to cancel. (Please note the cancellation policy below)
Group reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation to guarantee your date/room. Groups numbering 10 or more members are required to submit a refundable security deposit of $150.00. Large groups and parties are required to have the remaining balance paid in full 30 days prior to their arrival date/event. Reservation deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made according to our cancellation policies.
CANCELLATIONS:
Should you have the misfortune to cancel your stay at Rivers Bend Guest Ranch, we ask that you please follow the policies set forth below. To receive a full refund of your reservation deposit:
* Individual guests should cancel a minimum of 14 days prior to their arrival date.
* Large parties and group events should cancel a minimum of 30 days prior to their arrival /date
If cancellations are made after the minimum required time frame, a refund may be issued based on a prorated schedule.
(ex: For individual cancellations: Cancellations made 13 – 11 days prior may be refunded 75% of their deposit ; 10 – 8 days prior refunds 50%, 7 – 5 days prior refunds 25%, 4 days prior or less will receive no refund
For group cancellations: Cancellations made 29 –22 days prior may be refunded 75% of their total balance ; 21 –14 days prior refunds 50%, 13 – 6 days prior refunds 25%, 5 days prior or less will receive no refund)
